Sinus Clearing Bath for Winter!

A couple of weeks ago we shared the recipe for a detox bath, shortly after, I had some mothers message me asking if I knew of a remedy for a ‘sinus clearing bath’ – as it’s Winter here in Australia, stuffy, snotty noses are common!

If you or your child is congested, it can certainly make for a restless night, I find that this ‘sinus clearing’ bath can make a huge improvement.

Like the detox bath, it is very simple to do…

You will need:

• 1 cup of Epsom Salt
• 1/2 cup of Baking Soda
• 5 drops of Certified Organic Peppermint Essential Oil
• 10 drops of Certified Organic Eucalyptus Essential Oil

How to:

Add these ingredients to a warm bath while the water in running. Soak for as long as you desire, be sure to breathe deeply while in the bath and let the steam along with the ingredients help clear your sinuses. Best to do this before bed as the ingredients also help relax the body.
